Shipping & Returns
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping is currently available within Japan only. Orders of ¥10,000 or more ship free; orders below ¥10,000 are charged a flat ¥500, including tax.
Each order is carefully packed and sent using a tracked delivery method.
Due to the individual nature of natural gemstones, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind or personal preference.
If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us by email within seven days of delivery.
