Please select from the payment methods displayed on the checkout screen when placing your order.

A payment method that is not displayed during checkout is not available for that order. Guiding Stones does not guarantee that every payment method will be available at all times.

When Payment Is Processed

Payment timing depends on the method selected during checkout.

• For a method processed when the order is placed, follow the confirmation shown during checkout and in the order confirmation.
• If you select convenience-store payment, complete payment within three days, including the order date.
• If you select bank transfer, complete the transfer by the deadline shown in the payment instructions sent after your order.
• When payment confirmation is required, shipment preparation begins after Guiding Stones confirms payment.

If payment is not completed or cannot be confirmed by the applicable deadline, we may release the reserved inventory and cancel the order.

Fees

If a payment, transfer, or service fee applies, review the amount and conditions shown during checkout or in the payment instructions for the selected method. Any fee identified as the customer’s responsibility must be paid by the customer.
