A payment method that is not displayed during checkout is not available for that order. Guiding Stones does not guarantee that every payment method will be available at all times.

When Payment Is Processed

Payment timing depends on the method selected during checkout.

• For methods processed when the order is placed, follow the confirmation shown during checkout and in the order confirmation.
• For methods that require payment after the order is placed, follow the instructions and deadline provided by the payment service.
• When payment confirmation is required, shipment preparation begins after Guiding Stones confirms payment.

Payment Deadlines and Order Confirmation

Where a payment deadline applies, the applicable date and instructions are shown during checkout, in the payment notice, or by the relevant payment provider.

If payment is not completed or cannot be confirmed by the applicable deadline, the order may be cancelled and the item may become available for purchase again.

Fees

If a payment, transfer, or service fee applies, review the amount and conditions shown during checkout or by the relevant payment provider. Any fee identified as the customer’s responsibility must be paid by the customer.
