Can I ask questions before purchasing?

Yes, you can. Regardless of the item price, please feel free to contact us before purchasing, even about small details that concern you.

You can check details in advance, including size feel, color tone, clarity, needle patterns, patterns, inclusions, accessories, shipping method, and more.

When needed, we can also provide additional photos or videos so you can see the atmosphere of the actual item. We will guide you carefully as much as possible so you can feel satisfied before welcoming it.

Is a gem identification report included?

Items with a gem identification report are clearly marked on the product page or product listing as "Gem Identification Report Included" or "Gem Identification Report Available".

Even if no gem identification report is listed, one may be available upon request. Obtaining one usually takes about one week.

If you have questions about the gemstone type or quality, please feel free to contact us before purchasing. We will also check whether a gem identification report can be obtained.

Will the color look the same as the photos?

Product photos are posted as close to the actual item as possible, but the color may appear different depending on your device or viewing environment.

If you are concerned about color tone, clarity, needle patterns, patterns, or inclusions, please contact us before purchasing. Additional photos and videos can help you check the atmosphere closer to the actual item.

Are these genuine natural gemstones?

At Guiding Stones, the owner personally checks each natural gemstone before listing it, assessing color tone, clarity, inclusions, needles, patterns, and other characteristics.

Because natural gemstones vary in appearance even within the same type, we value actual-item photos. Items with gem identification reports are clearly noted on the product page, and one may be available for items without a listed report.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because each natural gemstone has its own unique appearance, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.

Therefore, please check any concerns before purchasing, including size feel, color tone, clarity, needle patterns, patterns, and inclusions.

If there is a defect or incorrect shipment, please contact us within 7 days after the item arrives. We will review the details and respond.
